No such thing as easy on the wallet, if your struts are busted and want coilovers. If you want coilovers go with Ground Controls. As for struts you can either go with KYB GR2 or Tokicos. KYB's are easier on the pockets. But with Coilovers i suggest you don't go with any of them cheap ones off ebay.

actually tein just came out with a new set of coilovers that are under $1000, probably around 800, but you can't adjust dampering. So they'd be just like the trds, with a better spring rate. They're called "basic damper" I'm not sure if they make them for the corolla. You should check into it. As far as the cheaper coilovers, you'll have to buy struts anyway since the one you have is blown, which mean you'd have to do all 4 corners and if you get performance struts it'll probably work out to be about the same price as a good set of coilovers. As far as struts go tery koni or kyb. They make really good struts

yeah I'm going to get coilovers probably towards the end of summer if everything goes good..why you interested in buying my springs? I'll probably sell them for like $75. It would be easy to install too since we can just swap everything out. You just give me your stock ones. No spring compressors needed. I think it's like 5 or 6 bolts for each. CAke

Like I said not till the end of summer, well, not till I get the coilovers. there's no way I'm going back to stock height especially in the spring/summer..hehe. You can get the teins on ebay for like $135 shipped. That's where I got mine. The thing that will kill you is installation. The cheapest place I got quoted was $100 a spring. Luckely I knew someone that did them for me for $100. But if you do get them man what a difference. I'm all about zipping around turns and the springs made such a difference. The handling is incredible. I can't wait for the coilovers so I can adjust the damper. Stupid things have to be so expensive..haha
