i have a 1.6 automatic....clearly not too much power but it gets me where im going....and i wanted to know how exactly i can get a good burn out.....not expecting an emense cloud of smoke like at a drag strip or n e thing like that..but would like some advice.....im sure chrism will be posting in here somewhere along the line.
all advice is welcomed

here's how i do it...
i first put some water under both front tires
put the ebrake up all the way
put my car to D and floor it...
keep moving my steering wheel left and right left and right
there'll be alot of smoke coming out...
i donno if it is the proper way to do it tho

Tony basically got it right, but your only suppose to go over the water and then try to do the burn out. If you keep it in the water your tires will still be wet when done. Which is bad for traction after launching at the light. If the burnout tony does ends out of the water, it should be fine. Correct me if i'm wrong.

My friend and I used to neutral drop in his 68 Impala...

i tried holding the ebrake, reving while holding the brake and then flooring it. i cant seem to get a good burn out. its always little lol :?
