having a little difficulty with my shifting..

it is in general very sticky ..
VERY difficult to take out of reverse , going in = no problem.. taking it out takes alot of effort ..

also going into first can be a little tricky , taking it out can be some what hard .. in first it doesnt take any tremendous effort like in reverse , but a resistance can definelty be felt ..

in genearl compared to my two other previously owned manual tranny cars , this one deoesnt shift as smootly

any ideas?
