i've been looking to replace my current set up for one with 2 10" subs. only thing is i'm not looking to really spend more then like $250-$300 for the pair.  i've been looking at Infinity KAPPA Perfects and wanted to know how good they are.  I'm going to replace my interior speakers more then likely with Infinity KAPPA's as well but wanted to know about their subs.  i know there are some audio junkies that visit every-now-and-then so i figured i'd throw it out there.  can anyone else recommend a good sub at a decent price??? "2-for" deals are always welcomed as well

The Infinity Kappa Perfect are not bad. My only suggestion would probably be that you would be better served with a 12" Dual Voice Coil and a nice Class D amp.

You'll save on trunk space, and get almost the same sound.

You can't go wrong with JL's, Alpine, Kickers.

JL Audio W0 are great for its price.  When I use to have them I pushed 450 watts rms on them.  I went to a vendor meeting and other shops actually tried 1000 watts and they handle it.
