hell yes you do, i bought jeremeys 3s outta the crashed 185 Smiley
its sitting in the garage now, waiting on parts and better weather for the install..lol
if all goes as planned, it will ne installed prolly late march, early april.
gonna have a few things ceramic coated, the valve cover done in powder coat wrinkle black, and the intake manifold will be "chermachrome"(ceramic) as well as the water necks, engine hooks, and water lines.
the exhaust manifold heat sheild is gonna have a black thermal dispersant on the underside, to help keep the heat in the manifold even more (the manifold from the 5sfte project is being used, its already coated the same)and the outside will be chermachrome as well, for a little bling..Wink
im also transfering over the ct-27 setup as well, which should add a little kick in the pants..Cheesy
the ATS rom tune is looking mighty tempting as well..haha...
should make for a hell of a fun ride once its in.
i've enjoyed the 5sfTe while ive had it, ive learned a TON about how turbos work, and all the extras involved with it, but its just not a feasable long term solution for me.
if the car wasnt a daily driver, i'd prolly just keep it as is and just "tweek" the setup a little.
but, with it being driven as much as it is, it just seemed smarter to go ahead and do it RIGHT, especially with the opportunity to get the 3s as cheap as i did.
thats why im spending a little $$ on the coating ect, cause i saved a good deal of cash getting the motor thru jeremey.
once i start getting parts back in from the coaters, ill be posting lots of pics for ya'll..Smiley
