GUYS LISTEN UP THIS IS MY GIRLS MOM'S APARTMENT.  Im helping her out.  So if you need an aprtment giver her a call or know someone looking for a place pass it on please thanks.  I personally saw the place it is very nice.  and i think she may sublet it w/ the furniture in it w/option to buy the furniture.  But anyway.....

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at this newly renovated apartment building. I just moved in May 2005. It is great for singles or couples. Huge bedroom w/ 3 Walk in closets, 2 Additional closets in the hallway,

Ammenties also include 24 hr Security, Gated fences surrounding premises, Electronic key to enter premises, Intercom, Laundry room & gym in building, Water & Heat Included.Cable ready & Dishwater.

The apartment is littrerally a 10 minute walk (max0 to the ferry.  It is only 3 buss stops away fromt he ferry.  When you get off the ferry you are walking left which i believe is ??SOUTH?? (not sure) on Staten Island.  It is about 5 minutes past Victory Blvd.  The building is very nice, safe and has a few perks...like on site laundry room, gym gated fence for the complex and I believe security as well.  it is really quite and nice.  It is about 1-2 blocks from the shore which has a beautiful view of manhattan at night (for romantic walks to get a$$, lol).  

Unfortuantely I have no pix.  I'll ask her for some but i dont think she has a digital camera.  Best best is to call her tell her you know me...Jeff her daughters boyufriend.  Set up an appointment and maybe actually going to see the apartment.  It would also be a perfect opportunity to take the bus to the apartment so you can get a first hand look at the commute to the ferry.

I will ask her to see if she can get me some pix.  And I will post them.

For now call her though.
