Well despite the fact that I haven't posted much on here as of late, I have been busy in the shop. Here is the swap that I've been working on and is pretty well done now.

I posted a pic of this car some time ago. Basically it's an AE92 wagon show car, with air suspension and the whole bit. It was equipped with the 4AFE and auto tranny so obviously the performance wasn't great Smiley

After blowing the tranny up, the owner decided it was time for a swap and brought it up to me. Finally the time came, and here we are.

The car was converted from auto to 5-speed, and of course the silvertop 20v swapped in. Enough talking, where are the pics???

Here is what came out of his tranny when I drained it:

Here is the shined up 4AFE just about ready to pull:

On it's way out...

The fun part: here's what my wiring corner looks like Smiley

The mandatory in engine bay shot:

Wiring harness just about done:

Oooohhh.....

It looks like it belongs there! And yes, it runs Cheesy

I've got a number of items to finish up, and then it's time to road test the vehicle. More soon to come Smiley

Aight so today I customized one of the engine mounts, hooked up the cooling system, fixed up the radiator fan wiring and tested it, installed the axles, filled the tranny, installed the short shifter, and a bunch of other things that I can't remember. All I have left basically is getting a throttle cable (so I can actually drive the beast!), road test it, loom the harness and install the interior panels. And hook up the exhaust.

I ran the engine for a good 1/2 to 45 minutes today and it ran beautiful, fixed and tested the fan wiring and it's working just like it should.

Here's a shot of the complete car after getting back from the exhaust shop:

And the complete engine bay with the wire looming finished up:

That's it folks!
