Fuel Delivery Problems

Quick question: For the last few weeks, whenever I put my car in reverse and then put it in drive, the car sometimes stalls out.  I figured that my fuel injectors were filthy, so I got some fuel system cleaner, etc.  I also got a Check Engine light that ended up as a "False Injection" code.  Any suggestions to fix this?  Just dumping more fuel system cleaner in the gas tank and resetting the computer every time I get a check engine light doesn't do me any favors.  Thanks!
