is this worth it???

i found this "cold air intake" on ebay and wanted an opinion on wether or not its actually worth it or not

i figure if i could find a place just that would have that pipe i could just take the one i have now and bend it down.  but im not exactly going on some insane journey to find it.

Seems like a pretty good price...

Think about where you put your filter though... that one is sitting right behind the radiator getting all kinds of hot air....
