Interesting Front-end Conversion Idea

So I've heard people looking to convert their 99-00 Rolla front ends to look like an 01-02 (lights, bumper, etc) in the past and I was wondering this:  I've got an 01 and really like the TOM's bodykits.  Would it be possible to convert the front-end of my car, especially the lights, to a 99-00 style to accomodate the TOM's front skirt?  Just curious....

I am sure that you can get someone to trade parts with you to get the 01 on their 98-99, and yes it is possible. That is interesting since most people want to get the 01-02 since there are more kits for it.
