July 8th-10th Maryland Meet!!!!

On the 8th we will meet up at Arundel Mills Mall @ around 2 pm. We can hang out and let everyone say hello and wait for all the straglers.
We will leave for Capitol Raceway @ 4 pm
and we can get some grub and watch some people make runs...I will bring some grub, but i have to know how many people are going to show up so i dont bring a bag of chips and a 2 liter for 30 people
I hope to see many out of towners and if all goes as planned we will defiantely see some of the Pioneers in the Tercel tuning scene...
The 9th we can meet up @ arundel Mills again so hopefully people will know where it is... Arundel Mills is a very big mall with lots of stores and restaraunts so if you want to do a little shopping or if we get hungry they have a food court and such.
the 9th is up for grabs as to what we do, we can go back to capitol Raceway or we can crusie around or maybe even find a place to have a brabeque. Just let me know what you want and ill do my best...
this meet is for everyone... this meet is not run by any single person but a compilation of many peoples ideas and is meant to bring peopl together... so come and chill with us.. "

this is primarily a tercel/paseo meet but im sure noone will say you cant come as i seem to be the only one advocating this,  but there will be some boosted tercels, show car tercels, stock tercels, etc... we'd be happy to have you if you can make it just let me know if you have any questions/concerns and let me know if you are thinking of stopping by.

WWEEEEEEEEELLLLLLL  (Tercel/paseo meet) others are still welcome especially to capitol raceway

since i am bored and i dont really expect everyone to go searching around to see which park is better... im going to have to say that you will just have to trust my judgment.

The Cookout and outdoor activities will be at Centennial Park because it is bigger and has nicer Pavillions

As it stands now, JULY 8TH we will be Meeting up @ Arundel Mills @ 2PM we can chill and shoot the breeze and meet everyone until 4PM when we will leave for Capitol Raceway as a group. We can either eat lunch at Arundel Mills mall or we can order Pizza and have it delivered to capitol or stop on the way to capitol to get some grub its up to you all and you dont have to decide until the meet (as i cant speak for everyone else but i cant tell when ill be hungry and for what on july 8th)

We can chill at capitol and make runs and watch the friday night test and tune session and then if people are up to it we can cruise and terrorize the unsuspecting ricers once the sun goes down... we can also eat dinner together and again, where and what is up to everyone.

Saturday, JULY 9TH we can meet up at the mall again @ 12:00 pm( i hope that is noon) wait maybe an hour for everyone to get there and then head to Centennial Park for our cookout( ) NOTE: You do not have to be there @ NOON as you are more than welcome to sleep in and drive straight to the park if you had a long night pissing off ricers or if you GOT LAID AT THE MARYLAND MEET

We can play all kinds of activities such as frisbee, basketball, footbal, volleyball, tennis, fishing, hiking, boating. We will also have some very nice scenery to take pictures and whatnot. The pavillion rental is for all day and the park closes at dusk(which i beleive will be sometime around 8:30 that day)

Saturday night, once again if the demand is there we can go for a little night cruise in search of some more proud and unsuspecting ricers
OR
Those of us who are old enough(not me) can go "clubbing" or if we have some out of towners renting a hotel, we can have a hotel party .

Sunday, JULY 10th is still a tossup...
we can go back to the park or the mall or capitol, or do anything else...

there is a fellow on Toyotanation who drives a camry and an MR2 said that he would defiantly be at capitol he will be in for quite a supriseAlso there is my boss with the GTO who said he will see if he can make it IF there is some worthy competition

we also have to "roll out to starbucks" for Filthyhands and do a little racing on one of the days as i have a date with filthy on the street

We can visit Centennial Park EITHER SAURDAY JULY 9th OR SUNDAY JULY 10TH
but unless someone has any ideas why we should have it on Sunday the 10TH it will be scheduled for Saturday The 9th


If you have any problems with the times (as i know there are waaaay out of towners coming in, let me know and ill cater to you guys because i dont want to have people waking up at 5 am just to get here @ 4pm

If people can help out with food id be more than happy to pick up the tab.
But im thinking along the lines of chips soda burgers hotdogs, cookies(-banana-), maybe i could pick up a finger food combination dish with veges  and dips at the store,  patatoe salad -love- of course:D anything else!!! we could get steaks but it would be a cook your own type deal so people cant say "wow this taste like crap" and try to blame someone!
we will also be eating meals other than this so dining ideas are up in the air as of now-dunno-

i have contacted 4 other organizations for sponsorship sand pending their decision i will be going to toyota to pitch the future scion sales possibility

okay i just got off the phone with the howard county parks office and they have 2 pavillions unreserved for july 10th.
Pavillion E and Pavillion G both have electricity and hol dup to 40 people and the cost will be 120 to rent the pavilion from 10am to 8pm or dusk.

the only catch is the person who reserves the pavillion has to be 21 or oever and im only 18... well normally i would have my parents do it but there are some issues now and i think it would be best to not depend on them for this...
all you have to do is call 410-313-4682, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m and reserve the pavillion for me...
i beleive payment is then due within a week of reservation... As far as i know all you have to do is set up the reesrvation and sign something and then pass the info on to me and ill pay it ASAP
if they ask you which pavillion you want to rent ask them which pavillion they recomend between E and G...
again the pavillions are filling up fast so if anyone could help me out that would be awesome-1zhelp-
the park is Centennial park and the date is Sunday July 10th 2005 for the reservation... Im assuming an alcohol permit is not in demand as i havent seen anyone speak up about it so dont worry about that... just please remember to pass all the info onto me so i know what is happening and what the rules are and whatnot in case the sponsors want some details etc.
