Used a Dremel for it all, and killed millions of brain cells from sniffing burnt plastic. It is NO WHERE near done though. I will be learning how to Bondo myself! 8O

The Bondo I got was FiberGlass Bondo. NO idea how to use it. Then again, I have no idea how to make a custom grill, or ANY custom stuff for that matter. I just learn as I go, like when I did my custom antenna for my car. Just winged it and it came out well.

I was thinkin of doing that, but I decided not too since I do not have a damn clue how to use firberglass. What I ended up getting was fiberglass bondo, which is much stronger then regular bindo.

from the way that grill looked on Sat. it's come along way. I thought you were gonna have a hard time flattenin the pieces that were sticking up. What you use? a sander tool on the dremel?
looks pretty good. Can't wait to see the finished product.

the fiberglass bondo is a bitch, and shouldnt be used on small jobs, very hard to spread out, i was going to use it for my buddies car, then i said screw it, busted out the fiberglass and went at it, came out really well, except he tried to move some dirt with his front lip that i fixed at 30 mph, only a small crack came back
