Has any one either seen or actually installed those M3 mirrors on a corolla (mainly 93-97).  for some reason i seem interested in them and was wondering how they look and/or how hard it is to install (i dont think it could be that hard since i have manual side mirrors).

I also was curious if anyone has ever seen the Z3 fenders on a corolla.

both are easily found on ebay...especially the 50 million M3 mirrors.

I'm open for suggestions/feed back.

m3 mirrors are pretty simple...
theres a cover you need to take off inside the car...
then you unbolt the stock mirrors...3 bolts
and the new one just bolt on directly...

if

1) you've powered mirrors, the plug that come with my m3 mirrors
was totally diff than the stock plug...so i re-wire everything...its not hard

2) if your m3 mirrors has LED ...then you have to hook up the lights
to ur front signal lights...its also pretty simple...2 wires to hook up...
check out SKILLS thread about DIY side markers for intruction

z3 fenders...it should be a direct bolt on...but the fiberglass version on ebay....the fitment is not very good...so i'd say STAY AWAY from it...z3 fenders IMO are not very pretty...

also...just my  :2cents:
i think a DROP and rims are the best modification for any car
then for a car like ours...body kit also make it look so much nicer

little items like m3 mirrors and z3fenders hoesntly wont look very
good unless you have wat i mentioned above....

hope it helps

im eventually gonna be getting a body kit for it....but as of right now......my schools speed bumps seem a little bit too viscious for it, especially since i can bottom out on a few of em without even having my car dropped

yeah u know
90% of the people out there with fiberglass body have cracks
here and there...its unavoidable...

i hate it the most when i drive around unfamiliar road...
u donno where the bumps, pot holes or steep driveways are...

then u hear "BAM"...u say "OUCH"....and its too late...
ur bumper already cracked in half and ur rim is already bent

if you wanna see how they gonna come out, why not just hop on Cardomain and put as your search a 96 rolla.  I'm positive there are plenty on there with bodykits and M3 mirrors... everything your looking for.
