Well, it's basically the same engine. What parts do you have in mind?

you can probably change the intake manifold.

But i believe the ECU is different.  the GT and XR are rated at 140hp, while the corolla is at 130hp.

Something else to look at

Here man, CAI from elprototypes

http://www.elprototypes.com/

Their site is up again, and their quality is number one! I had it, and a few members have them as well.

Good start for you!

If you don;t have a muffler, I recommend the TRD. You may be able to find it for around $200 on ebay used. It is a bolt on and a very good one. I heard that Thermal R&D is also a good one.

You can also reground your engine, we did it here, just search it, I also listed the company that sells the wires and you can do it yourself for around ~$45 with new battery terminals.

You can also get some crossdrilled rotors. I had Brembos from kvr performance. I liked them a lot. kvrperformance.com

Suspension you can get teh eibach kit with KYB's. Go check out www.tirerack.com of www.racingsolution.com

You can also do the AEM alternator pulley. Just order the one for the celica GT and it will fit. At least one member has done that mod here.

I can't think of anything else, but as long as you have money, that is all that matters. Hell, if you have enough, and time and patience then the resident mechanic Dr. Tweak here can hook you up sweet!

Another mod that alot of people don't know about is getting a exhaust Cam gear.

NO, i'm not talking about a Cam shaft.

the reason why you only get a Exhaust Cam gear, is becuase you have VVTi,  and if you get get them both, you fudge up everything.

By you retarding the exhaust cam shaft you are only messing with the TIME the valve opens NOT how long the valve is open.  This mod will usually give you a nice +6HP and +6# of torque.  But it's recommend you do the H/I/E first.

Another thing, is if you get the Exhaust Cam gear, you have to get it tune!
it'll cost you about $300 plus whatever dyno time you want.

i can't tell you where, cause there are so many.

But i would recommend asking around for the cam gear for a 1zz.  If they on't make if for the corolla, alos look for the celica, and even the MR2.  They should be the same.

The real tricky part is which one you wanna buy.  They sell the cam gear with 3, 4, and even 5 spoke.  There could be more.  Basicly the purpose of the spoke is how you adjust your timing.  Now think with me here, the more spokes you have, the tighter the gripe on the cam will be and the longer your cam gear will hold that adjustment.  If you get a 3-spoke gear, it will not hold that setting the same amount of time as say a 5-spoke.  Get it? good! :-)

you could go coilovers or springs.

i've had no problems with my Ground control coilovers.  I have them iwith KYB GR2s and i have no problem.

i have heard good things about TEIN S-Tech springs... you couild use them with Tokicos.

dollar for dollar, the best mod you can do is Suspension.  and it's also as important as engine mods... so don't go cheap! Cheesy

as for suspension i have Tein S-tech's

as for turbos...custom is the way to go.  stay away from stafford fabrication turbo set-up.  alot of people are not happy with theirs.....and the other half are waiting for theirs still.

if you want your rolla to get "faster"  do a swap or figure out how to make the 9th gen supercharger to work on it.

just my  :2cents:
