Ok, I just got a new turbo in and it fixed some of my problems but I still have a few left, here is the before and after symptoms:
Before:
-Oil filled intake
-Oil smoke out cam cover vents
-Oil blowing out of seals around intercooler
-Oil under car
-Oil smoke under Hood
-Oil smoke out exauhst
-could go thru enough oil to trigger light in a short drive
After:
-very light blue almost white smoke out exauhst
-intake is clean
-cam cover vents are dry and blow clear
-oil level still goes down
-when I had exauhst manifold off noticed both exauhst valves on cylander 4 to be black all others were white
-nothing dripping under car
I think the valve stem seals may have burnt up when the turbo went up, but am not sure. Any help would be great.

There is a possibility that your oil pressure shot up too high and you blew out a few seals. From what it sounds like, I'd have to agreee about the valve stem seals. Hoever, check the intake piping going from the intercooler to the throttle body. If there is still oil building up in there, then it is probably a bad turbo gasket. I had the same problem on my Mazda when my turbo went and ity turned out that all it was was just a little gasket for the bearing had gone from age. However, I had similar symptoms to you....I had oil coming out my bov, oil in my piping, I was blowing smoke out the exhaust, I had oil everywhere under the hood (still trying to clean that up), and I left an oil spot under the car where ever I parked it too.

Ya, it sprayed oil everywhere and it got expensive too, but I got the turbo replaced and that is all fixed. I think i am going to look into how much valve stem seals are. Any one know how much they cost on average??
