Had these forawhile and I know I said I'd have them up LONG time ago but here they are.  Need some work but man it is doing a number on sandpaper purchasing. Looking into bulk purchase. :lol:

The front lip looks clean but I'm not crazy bout the whole chopped straight line thing. Looks like he cut off the sides to fit the corolla so it came from another car kit.  I think I've seen it on another car but it doesn't come to me.


Yeah I can alter the middle to look like the HK kit should I choose. Not sure if I want to get that complicated.  It is think so I can use my hand sander when smoothing  out the surface, then taking out unnessecacary wieght from the inside.  The side you see is the thickest but again ALOT is coming off.  It is about 5 layers.  After I cut away the excess and with the wieght it is now. It isn't really that heavy.  Compared to the crap you get here in the states. WHy would you want it paper thin and brake? If it has to be light so you run fast your going the wrong direction with adding lip kit weight anyway.  You can see your hand through it at the center which is where I want to be all around and it is about the thickness I have on kits from South East Asia.  But not nearly as chippable as the bomex kits and the god awfully flimsy Tom's kit.  Very little bondo should be needed.

I am thinking of taking more weight off by adding slots in the corners like the STI has.

well whatever you're doing, do it and let us know. cuz i remember the 1st time i fiberglass my lip, it turns out to be a disaster  :lol:

I finally got it! the TOPMIX front bumper lip kit, OUCH!!!! it was VERY VERY VERY expensive to get. but If we can do a group buy we can most likely get it a lot cheaper. The SHIPPING IS WHAT KILLS US ALL!!!!

Here it is the lip is FINALLY here.  It was a LONG LONG EXPENSIVE PROCESS, but I now know how to get them, where to get them from and how much is going to cost us for the shipping $$$$. Let me just say that it would have to be a minimum of at least 5 lip kits. to share the very expensive shipping cost.

Also remember this lip kit will NOT FIT the FX bumper with out cutting the ends on the side of the wheel well, our AE102 bumpers are longer by a few inches, it would fit perfectly on our USDM AE102 bumpers, like the silver corolla on the first page of this thread.

Here is the FX bumper with the topmix front lip and TRD grille, Fx clear bumper lights. This is the set that NJ TONY used to sell. This is ALL fiberglass, If we can get a US company to make these for us in DURAFLEX we'll be set.

This is the hood I had custom made for the 4AGZE engine swap, but I took off the hood and went with a OEM hood and decided to go with a FRONT MOUNT intercooler. I will be selling the hood, it's METAL not fiberglass, it's from a AE111 cutout and welded on a AE102 OEM HOOD. Some minor finishing will be needed.
