Air filters

Ive read all different kinds of things about installing performance air filters like k&n and i was just wondering what most of you guys use and if you actually noticed any increase in hp or gas mileage.  Also theres this new one, Air hog by fram, and they make such a big deal about it like its so good but i doubt it barely does anything.  My  friend was thinking about getting one and i was seeing if you guys knew anything about them

i really dont think its the air filters that give u more hp. its the cai (cold air intake) But i would stick to K&N its a good brand
