I saw the thread "Let's see your suspension" and want to know about strut options.  My ground controls are nice, and we know they are costly but I hate the fact that I drop my car even half way down and bottom out on everything.  I have replaced my struts with newer gas kyb's.  barely any improvemnt.  Is there a way to get stiffer struts that will not give? I do not want to buy struts that are made for a corolla sent to me if corolla made struts will not handle the weight.  I am considering dumping off my GC's for intrax with the puny 1.6/1.7 inch drop just to have a solid ride and no worry about my Maxspeed exhaust getting the dtm tips beat off of it.  Right now I ride at close to stock hieght that the GC's will let me get and drop before going to an event and drive realllly sloooowly. But man it looks good sitting almost on the ground in front.  Appreciate it.

I think Rob (mytoy_94) has the GC's. He says he had some problems becuase of lack of alignment, but he likes them overall.

Waddaya mean no one makes them?
I thought Tokicos made the Illuminas
and Koni also makes adjustables?
And wasn't there a discussion somewhere that said they only offer these for pre 97 corollas and someone had stepped forward and said the 93-02 is the same?

Darkchylde I have GC's and KYB GR2 struts, and i rarely bottom out. The only time i really bottom out is when i'm cruisin with Team NET at 90+ mph and encounter bumpy highways and thats with like a 2 inch drop.  The only problem i have right now is that i can't take advantage of the stiff handling cause my allignment is way off, and the handling is sloppy as hell.

darkchylde, wut year corolla do u have, if you have a 98-02, are the ground controls stiff as hell? im looking to get some adjustable coilovers but better ride quality than those cheap ebay shit, i was considering getting the full TEIN coilover set but i wanna see what you think of these GC's first.
